The streamGo presenter studio is compatible with most modern web browsers. If you are having trouble connecting please refer your IT team to the whitelisting information here:

Please also ensure that the use of websockets is allowed and to ensure that ports 80, 443 and 6001 are unrestricted.
Additional Notes:
- Javascript must be running and functional
- Close down and exit any other video calling apps, such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom
- Make sure you allow permission for your browser and the site to use both your camera and microphone
- 3rd party browser extensions may cause unexpected behaviour and are not supported
- Certain VPNs can interfere with connections to the call, if you're experiencing issues please disable it
